When we forget ourselves

Shit happens! Yes, but trust me it happens with all.

There are times when we forget ourselves, forget to pray with gratitude, forget compassion, forget love. But the good news is that we can always strike back.

Let me tell you how this happens and what it makes us.

When we forget our purpose in life, that we are special, that we are worth the love and happiness that we need for ourselves, and most importantly when we start quitting on what we love the most, it is then when we forget ourselves.

If you ever feel this, then i want you to stop being so harsh on yourself. Practice kindness, not just for others but for yourself too.

Most importantly, never forget the power of love and patience! When we forget love, negativity starts chasing us, making our world chaotic, the same little world that we once used to love, and trust me negativity drains lot more energy from us than we actually think, life seems like a burden,the same life that used to be a blessing for us. Anger, frustration, hatred, intolerance starts taking a toll on us, while we are just there thinking over the petty issues that are making things go wrong. Don’t focus on what went wrong, but why it went wrong!

Life is itself a lesson and problems comes to each one of us to teach us something and it won’t leave until we learn what we must learn.

Stop taking life too seriously, just enjoy the ride. Don’t let problems take over you, deal with them in a positive way, with love and patience.

When we are patient, we are more forgiving, more tolerant, more calm, much more closer to God! When we embrace love, we respect more, and others reciprocate the same way. Every one wants love, every soul feeds on it, that’s the reason people reciprocate the way we do. As they say, You attract what you feel..! That’s about it.

Forgive yourself for your past, you’re not moving in that direction. Start using self development words for yourself every morning, hush the negativity, once you do this with a plan, eventually you’ll make it a habit.

Feel compassion, feel love, be more kind, practice patience, love, and you’ll see how happiness will embrace you!
