How to overcome heartbreak!

When feelings start to destroy you, hold on. There’s more to life than heartbreaks! 

Stop dwelling in the past, stop thinking what’s gone, stop thinking what’s worrying you, stop putting energies where you ain’t getting anything back, stop belittling yourself, stop overthinking, stop crossing oceans for people who won’t even jump puddle for you, stop putting your everything where your feelings are not valued, when you feel unwanted stop begging and just move on!

Focus your energies on positive things in life, people who make you feel beautiful about yourself, who give you strength to grow as an individual, Your parents who love you unconditionally where you feel the most secure about yourself and your life, your siblings who cheer you up with their nonsense and even if they don’t really understand your pain, they constantly try to bring back that smile on your face that someone else has stolen. Go out and see the world, think about the million people you’ve still not met, the beautiful amazing memories that are still to be created, beautiful places that are waiting for you to visit.

This is life and everything, every person teaches you something or the other. Take the lesson and move on. Stop pitying on yourself, get up and get dressed for yourself. Love yourself as you only have yourself first to love and then you can love others. Shower people with beautiful kind words and make them feel beautiful about themselves, make them happy and that sunshine you’ll bring to others life will light your own world too..!

Feed yourself with hope, more love, positivity as your mind understands what you’ll make it do. So make it more wise and kind. Inhale your courage and exhale your fear. I hope you emerge as a more strong person.

      1. You need to engage yourself in some other activity. Divert your mind to good positive thoughts. Hey why don’t you try some yoga, that’ll help you relax your mind and then you might watch some movies or go out and interact with people. Such things take time, but time heals everything. If the relationship you’ve been into was any good for you, it would have stayed. Better things are coming your way so just wait for them, and till then think good and let time heal your wounds! 🙂

      2. Everything is in your mind. What you think, you become. Teach your mind all the positive things and heart will go in the same direction. I’ll give you a brilliant advice that works for me whenever i feel the way you might be feeling right now.. Call your school or college friend with whom you haven’t interacted in a while, ask about their life and tell them about yours..and make sure you discuss all the good things about yourself and recall good old days. Then just do me a favour, let me know here only if it helped you!
